Basin Manitoba provides Manitoba business owners in the small business and lower middle-market space with access to patient, long-term capital to support ownership transitions, succession planning, and growth initiatives. The fund focuses on acquiring and growing established businesses with strong fundamentals, durable cash flows, and experienced management teams.
