Ken Ross
CEO
Ken Ross, BComm, FCPA, FCA, is CEO of the Manitoba First Fund and brings a wealth of financial and business operations experience to the fund. He has served as a Partner with Deloitte, Executive Vice-President of New Flyer Industries Ltd., President and Chairman of Pauwels Canada Inc., and most recently as President of MacDon Industries Ltd. Active professionally and in the community, Ken has served as President of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Manitoba, Chair of the Board of Governors of the Manitoba Museum, and President of the Museum Foundation.

Mike Pyle
CHAIR
Mike Pyle, MBA, ICD.D, is the Chair of the Manitoba First Fund and currently the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Exchange Income Corporation. He has served as President of The Arctic Glacier Income Fund (and its predecessor, The Arctic Group Inc.), the Vice-President of Corporate Development for Westsun International Inc., and worked with Roynat Capital in Winnipeg. In the community, Mike serves as the Chair of the Winnipeg Blue Bomber Football Club, the Chair of the Business Council of Manitoba, and the Audit Committee Chair and a Director of Sio Silica.
Ray Bouchard
DIRECTOR
Ray Bouchard, ICD.D, is a Director of the Manitoba First Fund and the President and CEO of Enns Brothers Ltd., an established agricultural equipment dealer in the Province of Manitoba, and a long-standing Member of John Deere’s Dealer Advisory Group. He is also a Board member of the Health Sciences Centre Foundation, Chair of the Manitoba-based Enterprise Machine Intelligence and Learning Initiative (EMILI), and co-chair of the Manitoba Business Council’s Integrated Water Strategy Committee.
Barb Gamey
DIRECTOR
Barb Gamey is a Director of the Manitoba First Fund and the co-founder of Payworks, a Manitoba-based company and one of Canada’s largest national providers of Payroll and Human Resource services. Barb sits on the Board of Directors for the Exchange Income Corporation, Winnipeg Blue Bombers, the Business Council of Manitoba, and the UM Properties. Barb is also the Chancellor of the University of Winnipeg and sits on the board for the University of Winnipeg Foundation.
Steve Kroft
DIRECTOR
Steve Kroft LL.B (J.D.), ICD.D, is a Director of the Manitoba First Fund and the CEO of Falcon Capital Corporation. He practiced law as a commercial litigator until 1997 before joining Conviron and becoming the President, CEO and Executive Chairman of the Conviron Group of Companies. Active in the community, Steve is on the Board of Northwest Company, a Director of the True North Youth Foundation and past Vice Chair of Manitoba Hydro. He is also Director Emeritus of the Manitoba Business Council, past Chair of the Board of CancerCare Manitoba Foundation, and a member of the President of the University of Manitoba’s Advisory Council.
Jamie McCallum
DIRECTOR
Jamie McCallum is a Director of the Manitoba First Fund and a consultant assisting corporate clients with major events including divestitures, acquisitions, financing and recapitalization in addition to general strategy. He has most recently served as CFO of Tundra Oil and Gas and prior to that, Manitoba Hydro. Jamie has global investment banking experience from major markets including New York, Toronto and Hong Kong. He has spent 12 years as a Partner in a private equity firm, Richardson Capital, and has broad governance experience including serving as Chair or Director for over a half dozen companies.
